Welcome to our online shop. Protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below you will find our changed privacy policy due to the entrance from the GDPR at 25/03/2018. Our site is build on the principle of "Privacy by Design".

Monitored data and webhosting
You may visit our website without revealing any personal information. We do temporarily store and monitor accessed page information, IP address, date and time of the action. We do store this information to bring the best shopping experience to existing and new customers and for security reasons (bad bots, sql injections attempts, etc....). This data is kept no longer then 72 hours in our database.
These access data are analysed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and improving our offer. This serves the protection of our legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our offer that are overriding in the process of balancing of interests. All access data are deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit on our website.
Our website and database is hosted at a third-party hosting service, which we call our provider. This provider processes on its servers all data concerning our online shop. The provider is based in Belgium.

Data collection for opening a customer account
We collect personal data that you voluntarily submit to us : Email address, Name, first name, physical address and phonenumber which are necessary to process your order. We also collect your gender and date of birth which we collect for statistics, order content verification and questioning framework.

Payment data processing
Depending on the payment service provider you have selected during the ordering process, we disclose the payment details collected for order processing purposes to the bank commissioned to handle the payment and, as the case may be, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. Some of those data are collected by the selected payment service providers themselves if you open an account with them. In such a case, during the ordering process, you must register with your payment service provider using your access data. In this respect, the privacy notice of the relevant payment service provider applies.

Data processing when completing your order
We store next personal data to process your order : Email address, Name, first name, physical address and phonenumber.

Data forwarding to our shipping partner when shipping your order
For the purpose of contract performance, we disclose your data to the shipping company in the scope required for the delivery of the ordered goods. In the case of Taxipost shipping we forward next info to our partner, Taxipost : Email address, Name, first name, physical address and phonenumber.

Data collection when using the contact form or emailing us
In this case we store all info we receive in the email header and content : your provided email address and all voluntary given information.

Google data collection
No personal information is ever given to Google or gathered by Google. We use Google Analytics for statistics, as such Google becomes our data processor. Only your full IP address was used by Google. As from 25/05/2018, we anonymize your IP address before sending it to Google. When an order is placed, we send your city and country billing info to Google together with the products purchased for better statistics. Never any personal information is submitted to Google.

Facebook data collection
We do not share any data with Facebook. We use facebook only to attract new customers to our site by advertising.

Hotjar data collection
No personal information is given to Hotjar or gathered by Hotjar. We use Hotjar for heatmaps, conversion funnels, recordings, feedback polls, surveys and incoming feedback to be able to improve our site to give you the best shopping experience. Hotjar is build using the principle "Privacy by Design" and as such does not gather any personal information. Hotjar stores for a maximum period of 365 days the device anonymized IP address, device screen resolution, device type, geographic country location, preferred language, mouse events, keypresses, referring URL and domain, pages visited and date and time when website pages were accessed. Access to your personal data + print your data
At any time you do have access to all your voluntary submitted personal data. You are at any time allowed to change them and/or anonymize them.

Your right to be forgotten : removal from your account and personal data
You can at any time ask to be forgotten and to have all data related to you being deleted. Please take into account that when having orders with us being completely forgotten is only possible when the legal period of 7 years is over.

Our obligation to keep legal invoiced data for the period of 7 years
We are obliged to keep all invoices for a period from 7 years. As such you can not be completely forgotten before this period ends.

Newsletter
You have to Opt-in for our newsletter when creating an account. By default you will never receive a newsletter. We do only send newsletters by exception.

Order status update emails
In the process from processing your order, we do send you emails to inform you of the progress from your order or/and to give you necessary information like for example a link to trace your package.
